Any pre-war 99R is a little hard to find, but a 99RS in 250-3000, in very high original condition, forget about it.
This one has so many cool features it's hard to get them all in 15 photos. Original finishes everywhere, 3 point checkering, original RS sling studs and loops, original buttplate, 2 leaf folding rear sight, Lyman tang sight adjustable for both elevation and windage, and an awesome vintage Lyman scope with fine crosshairs, bright and clear, mounted on blocks.
This rifle is rare rare rare, and it's everything it looks like and then some. I could have done better on the photos. Odds are, you won't see another in your lifetime like this, in 95% condition. Worthy addition to ANY collection, anywhere, anytime. No shame here. Partial trades considered but it better be something special, I don't need anything and especially someone elses project. A 99PE in 284 would top the list for trade interests.
