A antique Smith & Wesson #2 revolver made in 1881. 6" barrel with excellent rifling full length, chambered for the .32 RF and with the original silver blade front sight. This nice piece has tight lock up and no barrel wobble when unlatched. The cylinder has excellent lock up and timing. There is no pitting or rust anywhere. The barrel shows blueing in protected areas round the rib with the remainder showing a smooth, even gray patina. The frame shows about 40% thinning blue remaining. The Rosewood grips are original with small chips you can check in the photos. This is a very nice #2 thast will add nicely to your collection and tough to find in this solid mechanical condition.
