Description:
This beautiful little E. A. Merkel, Suhl "Zi-Di" is chambered in 5.6x35R Vierling, which was Europe's equivalent of the .22 Hornet. This is a rare rifle with a beautiful walnut Monte Carlo stock and adjustable double-set triggers. It is in excellent condition overall. 5.6x35mm
SOLD
Metal Condition: Overall the bluing is very good. The bluing is worn off and there is light pitting/damage at the end of the barrel and on the front sight. See photos.
Wood Condition: The Monte Carlo stock is in very good condition. There are signs of a small stock and butt plate repair on the toe. See photos.
Bore Condition: The bore is excellent with sharp rifling.
Barrels: 22" barrel

Fore End: Checkered walnut with a sling swivel attached to the front of the fore end.
Butt Pad: Black plastic butt plate. It was cracked and repaired at the toe. See photos.
