NOTE: United Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal Express (FedEx), recently decided they would no longer allow non-FFLs to use their service for lawfully shipping firearms. USPS is still allowing the shipping of long guns. I need to receive a shipping label from your FFL, or transfer the firearm to my FFL when using UPS or FedEx for shipping.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm state and local regulations concerning the legality of owning firearms, magazines, ammunition and accessories. Firearms shipped only to a FFL dealer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to have their selected dealer provide a valid license. The buyer is responsible to have the firearm inspected by a qualified gunsmith before use. Payment by certified check, personal check, money order  or direct deposit — funds must be available before shipping. No CA sales. Buyer pays shipping and insurance and a transfer fee if shipping from a FFL is necessary.

The buyer has a 3 day, no-fire, inspection privilege that begins when your dealer accepts the firearm. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the firearm during this period. The buyer pays the return shipping and insurance costs, if the item is returned.
