Description:
Offered is a Colt Police Positive .32 with the 4” barrel in nickel finish. The gun remains in excellent condition and comes with a Colt letter which calls out the Pequano Model. These were produced by Colt in the late 1930’s up to production ending with the outbreak of WWII. Most were shipped south of the border and to Spanish speaking countries. The word Pequano means small or little one in Spanish. This gun was shipped to Puerto Rico in the fall of 1941. It comes with a rare Heiser pocket holster. The holster is marked WR on the front and it came with a card from a previous owner named William Rogers. The card shows that he was a Special Investigator for the Office of Attorney General in the State of Utah. The gun is equipped with a set of factory pearl grips that fit the frame perfectly. I would assume that they were either shipped on the gun or certainly installed early on as they are original pearl grips from that time period. The bore is excellent and the gun is in perfect mechanical condition. The pearl stocks are excellent and free from cracks and chips. I offer a three day non firing inspection period and always want the buyer to be satisfied with their purchase. The gun will be packed correctly and shipped via FedEx Air with insurance to your FFL dealer in the continental United States for $55 (California is extra because I have to ship through my local dealer). This gun requires a C&R or FFL license for transfer. I ship the following day after the payment arrives and provide tracking information.
