Description:
This is a full sealed box, 50 original rounds, half-split, two-piece box of .22 W.R.F. (Winchester Rim Fire) black powder ammunition manufactured by Winchester in the early years after the 1890 cartridge was introduced. The green label with black print box has the 1 inch wide orange side-sealing band with both intact and having near excellent graphics showing some light age soiling and seam separation on the top side edge. The side label has the Model 1890 call out. Listed under the “Winchester Rim Fire Early Issues" WRF-5 with an R-3 scarcity rating. A great box seldom-seen especially sealed.
