Description:
Serial #287408, .38 Special, 1 7/8" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a round-butt frame, "no-dash" revolver that has retained 97-98% of the original blue finish, with some mild silvering at the yoke hinge, and a faint turn-ring on the cylinder. The trigger and hammer have a commensurate amount of original color case-hardening remaining; while the checkered, diamond-center grips are numbered to the gun on the interior, and are in fine shape, with only minor handling marks and some flattening of the points. The revolver is housed in a period, brown leather belt holster with a snap-button retention strap. The leather is in fine shape, supple and intact, with only light surface scuffs and blemishes. This is a splendid flat-latch revolver, and is in excellent condition overall. FFL or C&R
