OK Here is one of Dad's guns from 35 years ago Colt 38 super. serial 79910
I am not a collector and my Dad Gave me a bag of pistols that he had been accumulating for years, I have had them in my posession since 1990 or so.That is about 30 35 years.
This is a 38 Super on the 45 Colt , I checked the serial number on the gun and it is from 1950 , I do not know about the super 38. I do not know if the super 38 can take a 38 regular. Again I am not a gun guy, just moving along some stuff. My one Son would like this but he will loose it or let it rust, and the other son has more important thing and has no desire. This was made around 1950.
Everything seems to work on this gun, nice action smoth etc. there is patina and some small rust, see the pictures. barrel is not rusty and has rifilng. I think these new run $1500.00 or more Plus or - or so., this may be collectible so I pricing nit as I think and will enter tain offers. Please let me know I am listing it for $ 1200 will accept more or less, please let me know. I live in NE. Pa and am open to delivery of this item in Pa. You pay for gas for my Prius. Please do not low ball me, I just want to sell it and go on to next pistol.
