For sale date of manufacture 1949 Winchester model 12 solid rib deluxe 12 gauge repeater. Gun comes with a 30" solid rib full choke bbl. Gun is all original in excellent condition over-all. There is a little bit of blueing off of top of bbl but no problems to speak of. Winchester quality at it,s best. Gun even has the original pad. This gun would make a great gun for midwest pheasants or big sky country. In my opinion a model 12 is possibly the most reliable shotgun ever built and as my friend Bob Kosak says nothing points like a model 12. Bob should know he has been winning trap and skeet shoots with this model as long as we can remember here in Ct. I have probably put four boxes of shells thru this gun while in my possession. The man I purchased this gun from bought it new from a connection he had at Winchester so common in Ct back in those days.
