Here we present a 1924 Mexican Contract FN Short Rifle, made in Belgium. These were used during the turbulent 20th Century when revolution and rebels were the norm rather than the exception. This has a short overall length, making them handy. They came in the extremely capable 7mm Mauser. These were typically hard-used and are not found in great numbers today, especially in the US.
The overall condition is very good. Excellent action with clean bore in good shape with good rifling. The numbers match. The stock is mostly smooth and solid. The handguard has been cut and repaired in the middle, around the rear sight.
