Description:
SOLD !
This is an early pre- WWI Russian Imperial Nagant revolver, dated 1905. The gun is in excellent condition with no import markings or current rework stamps. It does appear to have gone through a rearsenal process in late 20s-early 30s, judging by the markings. The metal had not been buffed and the original finish either dulled down or a coat of arsenal blue was added. The barrel and the cylinder are still high polished. The frame serial and the side plate serial match. The cylinder is unnumbered but does have Tula arsenal markings on it. Original grips. Beautiful bore. Super sharp Imperial Factory marking on the left side and one can still see the imperial proof mark on the right tang. Trigger appears to have original fire blue on it. The gun is double action. The holster and the belt are probably later additions. No belt buckle.
This is NOT a recent rework.
All in all, a super nice example of the Russian Imperial gun that most likely served in both wars.
$25 shipping in CONUS.
