This is the first John Wayne Winchester I've had the pleasure of owning. Just a beautiful gun from front to back. Beautiful figured wood stock and forearm, brushed stainless finish on the receiver and barrel bands. Blue finish on barrels. John Wayne medallion embedded in the stock. .32-40 caliber, trapper style rifle with short barrel and large loop lever. Box is in rough shape but is original. Some wear on he stock probably from laying in the box. One little spot on the bottom of the lever. It's not rust, not sure what it is. Nonetheless, absolutely beautiful! Please email with questions.
