Colt Single Action Army chambered in .38 WCF (.38-40). The serial number 255748 indicates that the revolver was produced in 1904. Featuring a 4-3/4 inch barrel with 2 line inscription and remnants of the original blued finish. The included factory letter confirms the finish and shipment to Simmons Hardware Co. in Saint Louis, Missouri on 23 July 1904. .38 WCF
