Description:
For sale is a Winchester Model 94 Illinois Sesquicentennial .30-30 Win saddle ring carbine with box. The Illinois Sesquicentennial Model 94 carbine were released in 1968 and numbered IS24209. The rifle features a 20” round blued barrel chambered in .30-30 Winchester caliber. The barrel is fit with a hooded front sight and adjustable rear. The left of the barrel near the receiver is marked “Winchester Trade Mark – Model 94 – 30-30 WIN Winchester Proof Steel – Made in the U.S.A.” The right side of the barrel has gilt lettering reading “Illinois Sesquicentennial 1818-1968”. The saddle ring, hammer and loading port all feature a gold finish. The left of the receiver has an engraved silhouette of President Lincoln and reads “Land of (silhouette of Lincoln)”. The rifle is in Very Good - Excellent condition there are three small bumps in the butt stock from being handled. looks to be unfired The box is in poor condition
