Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Description:
Here is a good condition Harrington & Richardson 165 Leatherneck chambered in 22 LR. This rifle is in good shape except that the stock has a large crack in the left side of the forend that has been repaired with glue. It is stable but is there so we mention it. The magazine with worn with almost no finish and has had rust removed. There is old pitting on the magazine.
We are required to charge 8.25% for Texas residents. There is a 3.5% fee if paying by credit card.
