Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a good condition Ruger #1 chambered for 220 Swift. This rifle just needs a scope and it will make a great long range varmint or target rifle. The wood has pretty figure but has some dents and scratches from use. The metal looks good but has areas of thinning blue near the muzzle and other small areas. Made in 1980. Nice rifle. The pictured rings are not included but it does include a different set of standard Ruger #1 scope rings. FREE SHIPPING!
