***SOLD*** Here's a very nice conditioned and undrilled Pre War 70 in the practically impossible to find .270 Win. with early 4 digit S/N 8317. Made in 1937!
95% or better finishes throughout with an excellent bore and perfect mechanical function. Early features of fine line checkering, polished carbonum blue receiver, frost blued extractor, and a '36 date rust blued barrel.
The rear receiver bridge remains undrilled making this rifle increasingly rare and highly desirable. There is a small ring of touch up around the forearm hold down screw that would probably go unnoticed by most. This is a really sharp rifle that will make someone a great collectible shooter. Expedited and fully insured shipping from Alaska is an additional $75.
