We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a good condition IBM M1 Carbine chambered for 30 Carbine. This rifle has a refinished stock. The barrel is IBM marked and dated 1943. The serial number puts this rifle in the first quarter of 1944. The magazine is SW coded (Stanley Works). This rifle also includes an original but uninstalled Rifle Grenade sight. No import marks that I can spot. $45 shipping
