Description:
Rare original Model 48 FN rifle in .308 Winchester caliber with all visible numbers matching including the stock.
Showing finish wear on muzzle and around the receiver from use. Comes with a leather sling and baynoet, the bayonet numbers do not match those on the rifle.
Bore is very good with good riflings and no corrosion.
All original. Functional and shootable.
Less than 3,200 Model 48's were built by Fabrique Nationale (FN), Harrington & Richardson (H&R) and High Standard Company.
