"Roping the Wild One" by unknown artist. After Charles Russell. Unisigned. Piece portrays three cowboys on horseback attempting to lasso and corral a herd of wild horses. They are tumbling in a ravine as they wrestle the animals. They are otherwise framed by a soft desert landscape. Piece is done in a illustrative style with soft, almost pastel colors and extreme movement and posing.
