Description:
Custom built 20 gauge boxlock ejector built on a 1928 J.P.Sauer Prussian action. This beautiful gun has 30" Krupp steel barrels choked improved cylinder .008") and modified (/015") and 23/4" chambers. Features include gold wire inlays on the action and barrels,a selective single trigger,ejectors,highly figured stock and forend with 28 line fine checkering,schanbel forend with ebony tip,scalloped frame. This is an extremely well built gun that is a testament to an unknown gunmakers skill. Cased in a canvass and leather luggage case. Engraved "A.H.Heinen Chicago" on trigger guard tang. I assume Mr. Heinen was the original owner of the gun. C&R eligible.
