This Shansi broom Handel pistole is in good shape for its age there is pitting on the barrel and receiver metal but nothing that would impede with the functionality of the firearm, the wooden grips are worn but still in decent shape the year 1936 is stamped on the left side of the receiver and on the right side" Made in China Shansi 17 L Siu Hsieh So C S Chi" is stamped, the number 230 is stamped on the left side of the barrel, there is a number 834 stamped on the hammer and the serial number 335993 is printed under the hammer. This pistol has fixed iron sights with adjustable rear sights. There no caliber printed on this firearm, but we believe it to be 30 Mauser. This pistol would be great for a collection or for someone looking for a gun to restore. None
