English Fowler – Original - Percussion - 13Ga – Robert Jones - Stk# P-34-36
This original English 13 gauge Fowler by Robert Jones has a tapered octagon to single wedding band to round smooth bore 29-1/4” barrel. The barrel shows some pitting throughout. The Walnut stock is in good condition with a checkered wrist and a German silver nose cap. There is a chip of wood missing at the lower edge of the lock mortis. The very nicely engraved percussion lock with Robert Jones inscribed on the plate is activated by a single trigger. The iron furniture is tastefully engraved but fading slightly with wear. This Smooth bore comes with the original ramrod with a capped wad puller. Length of pull is 14-1/4", overall length 46”, weight is 5.1 lbs.
