In the event a firearm is damaged during shipping, we must be notified immediately upon discovery of damage. The firearm must not leave the receiving FFL premise until we contact the shipper and a claim has been made. If a firearm is removed from the receiving FFL before we make a claim, inspection period is voided and the buyer assumes all responsibility.
