In 96% very sharp condition we have a very rare and seldom seen Webley & Scott Mark IV .22LR Target Revolver with the scarce 6 inch barrel. This example was manufactured around 1949-50 and also bears an Israeli Proof mark; which indicates that it was likely used as an Israeli Army or Police Training or Target piece in Israel at some time in it’s service career. the lockup is tight and the bore is excellent as well and it certainly would be a very fun pistol at the range.
The Mark IV Webley series of revolvers were chambered in .38,.32 and .22LR. While the .38 Service models are quite common, the .32 and .22 caliber examples are not often seen and are hgihly sought after by collectors. This example should be of great interest to both shooters and collectors alike.
