Description:
For sale is a very nice condition Winchester 1885 in .45-70 caliber. The 26" special order half octagon / half round barrel is factory drilled and tapped for scope mounting.The bore is bright and shiney with strong rifling. The metal finish is blued with a few minor scratches and some light pitting on the receiver. The wood shows a few minor gun safe scratches with no cracks or chips. The gun is very accurate with both jacketed and cast bullets. Ensure your FFL will accept a transfer fron a private individual.If a FFL shipper is required add $25 to the sale price. Shipping via USPS is $65 to the lower 48. Shipping to Alaska requires additional charges. No sales to Hawaii or any locatins where this firearm may be prohibited.
