Description:
Browning Superposed 20 gauge Lightning O/U shotgun made in Belgium, in 1973. Long tang, flat knob field gun with 26 ½” barrels choke IC/M with narrow field style vent rib.
Standard stock dimensions with 14 3/8” LOP over the factory butt plate, 1 ½” DAH and 2 ¼” DAH with neutral cast. Weighs 5 lbs. 14 oz.
Mechanically excellent, very tight, top lever way right of center. This gun looks like it was carried much more than shot! A fair amount of handling marks on both sides of the stock and two or three very small spots of surface rust on the metal. Otherwise, the frame and barrel blue are excellent.
