Description:
Smith & Wesson .45 Hand Ejector Brazilian 1937 Contract Revolver. Features include: 6 shot, 5 1/2 in. barrel, fixed sights, blued finish, checkered walnut grips with S&W medallion inserts. As you can clearly see by the coat of arms on the right side of the frame, this revolver was manufactured for the 1937 Brazilian contract. Based on the serial number, and the 'U' shaped rear notch, this particular piece was part of the 2nd shipment in 1946. Later on in the 1980s it was imported back to the U.S. The wood grips are in decent condition. There are some scuff marks around both the frame and barrel but overall the bluing is still present. Bore is in good shape .45 ACP
