Description:
This is a partially full, Hazard Powder company Sea Shooting powder tin manufactured in Hazardville, Connecticut. The red with buff label tin is in excellent condition with bright color and intact label depicting a hunting scene and showing some light chipping and scuffing to the paint with very light age soiling to the label. Circa 1860-1880 this tin will make a fantastic display item.
