This is a full, sealed box of .38 Short Central Fire ammunition manufactured by the U.S. Cartridge Company in Lowell, Mass with call outs for Colt and Webley double-action revolvers. The blue and black two piece box is solid with some edge and corner wear which has interestingly exposed what may be an earlier red label beneath.
