We have an exceptional 100% original and untouched Remington Rand 1911A1 #2074742. Produced in Late December 1944/Early January 1945. This pistol is one of the first SN# Rands to have a Blanchard ground slide. All small parts are correct and have matching wear patterns, even the HS blued barrel. General Shaver magazine.
This pistol is an anomaly as it is the only Remington Rand that I have personally owned that has a finished feedramp. Sometimes steps were skipped, especially at the height of Rands production. This makes it a rare variation nonetheless. Comes with a rare Perrin Shoulder Holster dated January 1952.
Own a pristine original example of a M1911A1 that most GI's were issued during WWII.
