Description:
NEW SERVICE .45 COLT, DESIRABLE 7 1/2" BARREL, #141933, MADE 1917. Fine example with bright excellent bore and very tight action. Fine blue with normal thinning on the barrel sides, top strap, and grip straps. Lanyard swivel intact and good fire blue on the trigger sides and hammer back. Grips are excellent with the right grip panel possibly a correct replacement as there is a very slight overhang at the bottom edge (easy to polish down). Still nice blue on the frame, cylinder top/bottom of the barrel etc. Front sight has not been filed or altered. These largest of Colt's double action revolvers are becoming hard to find.
