Description:
This perfect rifle bluing is 100%. Stock is 99%. Barrel perfect, bright with strong channels. Everything is original including sling swivels fore and aft and folding leaf rear sight. Serial number places this rifle in 1954 mfg. range. Purchased by seller in 1955-56 period during High School; part time job, saved money and purchased this and Browning A5 (sold last month). It has a Weaver K3 post receptacle scope (a lense cover comes with purchase) and Redfield mount. The floor plate is hinge for easy access. It has been in the field once for a 1956 weekend deer hunt with Uncle. Shot at the range half a dozen times. Got busy with college, put it away, kept it clean and now for sale. I cannot find a better example of this rifle up for sale.
