Tight action with all clicks strong and functional on hammer. Gorgeous vintage checkered Ivory grips with Silver Ramparts medallions in excellent condition. Good bore and rifling. Matching numbers on frame, trigger guard and butt. Hole for lanyard swivel in butt. Comes in numbered to gun box with owners papers, reproduction. 1901 Colts are safe for modern pressure smokeless powder cartridges. Every collection needs a first Gen Colt SAA. Made in the USA.
