Presented today is a striking example of the Mauser Modelo Argentino 1891, a variant of the famed Model 1889 bolt-action rifle.
Made by the Ludwig Loewe Company in Berlin, this Argentine service rifle is in overall excellent condition. All original, except for the ground-off Argentine crest – this was required by the Argentine government at a time when these weapons were sold to neighboring countries.
Includes Hunter Co. leather sling.
