This is a Colt Single Action Army chambered in .45 Long Colt with a 7.5 inch barrel. This revolver was hand (deluxe) engraved by Jerome Harper. This revolver comes with a wooden locked case and letters/paperwork from the engraver and the company that prepared the revolver. Below is a few points from parts of the paperwork. The paperwork include Jerome Harper's backstory, little paragraphs about each part of the revolver (stated below), a congratulations/letter about the African Elephant Ivory, and a conclusion paragraph. This revolver is in magnificent condition and would be great for a collector. Finish- "This wonderful revolver was beautifully prepared at Nutmeg Sports, LLC. This masterpiece was richly plated with fine nickel plating with the overall finish being given the treatment of inking to add visual beauty to the scroll." Engraving Coverage- " Jerome Harper has applied one of his trademark scroll patterns to this spectacular revolver. The very generous "D" coverage is in the style of Howard Dove on of Colts lead engravers in the modern era. Mr. Harper has fully covered the front sight, the hammer, and the inside front of the trigger guard where the fingers wrap. Grips- "The grips on this revolver are made from African Elephant Ivory. They were hand selected, and were made and fitted in Connecticut. Each grip panel was given the treatment of a high relief carving of a Texas Longhorn steer head. .45 Long Colt
