This is an exceedingly rare set of Colt revolvers; these revolvers models are the new house or commonly known as the cop and thug. These examples are housed in an original and to the period dealer casing. Both examples show approximately 80 to 85% original blue. These revolvers exhibit the scarcer London Pall mall Barrel address and special order rosewood grips. These revolvers are consecutive serial number and are a true and authentic pair of Colt revolvers that are getting extremely difficult to find. Mechanically one revolver works as it should, the other when you pull the hammer back, the cylinder fails to rotate. These guns look much better in hand then in a photograph. They are extremely difficult to photograph. This is the only true pair of cop & thug Colt revolvers that I have seen over my years of being a dealer and collector and would be difficult to locate another. Shipping is $40 plus actual insurance.
