REPRODUCTION CIVIL WAR SPRINGFIELD U.S. MODEL 1863 PERCUSSION .58 CAL. RIFLE MUSKET. 40” barrel with V/P proof at breech. Dated 1863 and stamped on lock plate with the Federal Springfield Eagle and “U.S./SPRINGFIELD”. Excellent quality import in very near new condition. Has all the case colors on lock and hammer and finish on stock. Mint cartouche on stock side panel. Looks unfired. Late 1960’s-early 1970’s probable Dixie Gun Works import. Extra nice.
