LANCASTER, PENNSYLVANIA PERCUSSION .47 CAL. HALF-STOCK RIFLE SIGNED D. L. BROWN CIRCA 1840’S. 55” o/a with 40” octagon rifled barrel with the original front and rear sights signed in script “D.L. BROWN” on the top flat. Maple stock with checkered wrist and cheek rest. Double set triggers. Brass mounts and lightly engraved patchbox. Good overall with moderate to heavy wear. Chip missing from toe of stock. Lock in working order and good rifling with wear and light pitting.
