Smith and Wesson M&P40 .40S&W 4 1/4" barrel pistol. The pistol also includes factory range box, manual, two 15 round magazines, Blade Tech Kydex magazine holster, and Maglula Uplula loading tool. The pistol features double action only firing, 3 dot Novak Lo-Mount sights, textured polymer grip, black Amornite finish, lower accessory rail, and interchangeable palmswell grip. The pistol functions as it should with smooth action and strong ejection. The finish is in nice shape with sign of light use. The barrel has sharp rifling with a shiny bore. Great pistol ready for the range! Please refer to the photos for the overall condition. FFL is required, No handgun sales in MA. Please check state laws regarding magazine size.
