Krieghoff .470 Nitro Express Magnum Classic Model Big Five SxS double rifle. Manufactured in 2002 (AC Date Code) with 23-5/8" barrels with a 1/4 rib, 1 standing rear sight, ramp front sight with flip up night sight. This fine double rifle features a removable rear block in the 1/4 rib for a scope mount or red dot sight, double triggers, top tang cock/de-cock system sliding safety, adjustable barrels so you can regulate them as desired, nickel-plated action and triggers, 14-3/4" LOP over a the factory 1/2" recoil pad, 10 lbs. 4 oz. weight, Schnabel forend, Deeley & Edge pull-down forend release, The highly figured European walnut stock features a shadowline cheekpiece, sling eyes, and a right hand palm swell on the grip. This rifle was purchased for an African Cape Buffalo Hunt and was never used. It remains as new and unfired. If you are looking for a solid double rifle for an African safari hunt, this Krieghoff represents and excellent value at a fraction of the price of a new one. Sorry no box but paperwork is included with a factory test target and load data, as well as the original invoice that shows upgraded wood and front night sight added.
