"Serial number 1166. Made 1840s. 44 caliber with a 7 ½" barrel. This in our opinion is a very well made copy of a Colt Whitnyville Hartford Dragoon out of an Authentic Colt first model Dragoon. Serial number 1166 is already a known Colt Whitnyville Hartford Dragoon. The frame has been altered and new markings have been applied. Very well made copy that will fool most.
