"Serial number 13700. Made in 1853. 44 caliber with a 7 ½" barrel. This is an incredibly rare Colt 3rd rd Model Dragoon with Factory Nickel Plating. The original nickel finish rates approximately 97%, The grips are excellent with most of the original varnish. The cylinder scene is excellent. This gun comes with a letter of authentication from Arnold Marcus Chernoff. Mr. Chernoff was a legendary dealer and collector.
