A pre-war model 70 Winchester built in 1941 in .30-06. Glass smooth action set up with a Lyman W/E adjustable peep sight. 80% bluing on the metal with the trigger guard and floor plate showing carry wear. The 24" barrel has excellent rifling, clean and bright full length. The stock shows a lot of wear as you can see in the photos. None of the wear is deep and a light sanding with an oil finish would turn this back in a great looking rifle. Or, you can use it as is and enjoy the age and quality of Winchesters finest rifle.
