"Winchester 1873 Rifle .44-40. Winchester 1873 .44-40 caliber rifle. Made in 1893. .44-40 with a 21 ½" barrel. Nice sharp gun with a gray patina throughout the metal. Magazine tube is a replacement. Stock has been refinished and has been shortened. Barrel has been shortened as well. Dust cover is missing.
