Description:
Pre-Owned Humber Mauser Dangerous Game rifle chambered in .404 Jeffery, Mauser action with Belgian proofs, heavy contour barrel with two leaf folding iron sights. Factory walnut stock with handling marks, finish wear and scuffs. Bore is bright, chamber and rifling are strong with some darkening, chamber/throat appear in good condition. Minor bluing wear on barrels and action, stock has been spliced and lengthened to 15 3/4" LOP. The magazine floor plate is engraved with electro pencil "Marc ~404 Jeffery~ Pechenart." Gun from the well known Ivory Hunter Marc Pechenart. Consignment, ineligible for trade-ins.
