Description:
For your consideration is an absolutely stunning Beretta SO5 EELL. This handmade shotgun is 12 gauge with 2 3/4 chambers. 26" O/U matted-vent-rib barrels with solid side ribs, bifurcated lumps and replaceable mating shoulders, choked skeet & skeet and has 14 9/16" pull from checkered, gold-plated, single, non-selective trigger to striated wood butt. 1 3/8" - 2 5/16" drop. Neutral cast. Figured walnut stocks with Deeley-release field forend, long-tang pistol grip, and classic borderless point-pattern checkering. Full coverage acanthus scroll engraving on coin-finished receiver signed Sauzogui, and with concealed-release, hand-detachable lockplates, integrally-machined bridle, intercepting sears, automatic ejectors, hold-open top lever, gold inlaid crown on toplever and gold inlaid S at manual top tang safety. Weight: 7lbs, 4oz. Built 1970. 99%+blue. Shotgun saw very light use at some point but has never been fired by me in all the years I have owned it. I'm not sure if it ever came with a leather Beretta case, but I never received one, so it will ship in a Plano plastic case.
