New England Firearms was purchased by Marlin in 2000 along with the H&R trademarks. The NEF SB2 is a simple break action single shot rifle. This particular specimen is in stainless steel with a synthetic stock & fore end. It is in very good condition and would make a fine entry level hunting rifle. .270 Winchester
