Payment Types Accepted: M/C, VISA, American Express and Discover Description: " Unlike most Spanish model Remington Rolling Block rifles, this rifle has an excellent bore. It is also unusual in that it is fitted with a medium length lug for a saver bayonet. The overall length is approx. 50.75"". The 35 1/8"" round 43 Spanish caliber barrel has a block and blade front and standard Spanish Remington adjustable rear sights. The barrel is gray/brown with a few areas of very light roughness. The only barrel mark is a P at the left rear. This rifle features the late rolling block action (sometimes called the number four) with the rotary extractor. The tang has the late REMINGTON ARMS COMPANY, ILION, N.Y. three ling marking. The action and other metal parts have a smooth brown patina. The screw type barrel bands have a U on the left side. The swivels and ramrod are present. The butt stock is good with numerous issue dents and dings, three round dents on the right comb, and a chip on the right top at the action and tang. The forend is good with issue dents and dings and an approx. 1.75"" by 1/8"" triangular chip at the right intersection with the barrel and receiver. The action functions correctly. This is a much better than average Spanish model Remington rolling block rifle with a great bore. Most of this type went to South America and very few were equipped for the saber bayonet.
