Description:
This is a very limited edition, reportedly 1 of 100, made by John Bartlow for Dunn’s sporting goods stores. John passed away in 2017 having established a loyal following of collectors. This petite knife measures 6 1/8" overall with a 2 1/2" tapered full tang stainless steel drop point blade equipped with a sharpened wing choil. The blade remains bright, showing light markings along the main edge from being carefully sharpened. The obverse ricasso is “BARTLOW" marked while “DUNN’S" is marked on the reverse ricasso. The single nickel silver guard remains bright with only minor carry marks. The staghorn grips are equipped with an aluminum lined thong hole and remain in excellent condition each fastened by four small bright pins. There is no sheath present.
